Hose Nipple
What is an Investment Casting Hose Nipple?
A Hose Nipple is a precision-cast fitting designed to connect flexible hoses to rigid piping systems. Manufactured using the investment casting process, it features a barbed or smooth shank on one end for hose connection and an optional threaded, socket weld, or butt weld end on the other for pipeline integration.
Used across fluid transfer lines, air and gas systems, and chemical handling units, hose nipples offer reliable grip, tight sealing, and corrosion resistance, even under varying temperature and pressure conditions.
