Hex Nipple
What is an Investment Casting Hex Nipple?
A Hex Nipple is a straight-line connector used to join two female-end components in a pipeline. It features male ends on both sides and a hexagonal body in the center for easy tightening with a wrench.
Manufactured through investment casting, hex nipples offer excellent surface finish, precise thread alignment, and high-pressure performance. They are widely used in instrumentation panels, chemical piping, food-grade lines, and compact piping assemblies.
